Mai tai to the rescue! This was the only night in Hawaii that I consumed alcohol, and I could not have asked for a better drink. It was a mango mai tai and let me tell you I could have made a meal out of that foam.

This delicious drink was perfectly crafted at the Monkeypod Kithcen in Honolulu, Hawaii. Not only was my drink delicious, my meal was phenomenal. Fresh caught mahi-mahi tacos, and the mahi was the most tender, freshest, most flavorful mahi I have ever had the delight of tasting.
